This notice explains what personal data Lokoja Partners collects through this website and through business outreach, why we hold it, and how you can ask us to stop.
01 Who we are
Lokoja Partners is a trading name of OA Stride Ltd, registered in England and Wales. OA Stride Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at info@lokojapartners.com.
02 The contact form
When you complete the form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, your company, your work email, and anything you write in the message field. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange a spend audit.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submissions are captured and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf. We keep them for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then we delete them.
03 Cold outreach
We may contact business decision makers by email to introduce our service. When we do, we hold a small amount of business contact information, such as a name, role, company, and a work email address, gathered from public and professional sources.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: reaching relevant businesses with a service they may find useful. We keep a suppression record so that anyone who asks not to be contacted is not contacted again.
04 How to opt out
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply to any email from us with the word stop, or email info@lokojapartners.com and ask to be removed. We will remove your details from our outreach list and add you to our suppression record so you are not contacted again.
05 Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to us using your data, including for outreach.
To exercise any of these, email info@lokojapartners.com. We will respond within one month.
06 Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. Our fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so no data is shared with a font provider when you visit.
07 Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
08 Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
